The Max Planck House (MPH) is a guest house next to the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research (on the university's science campus Neuenheimer Feld). Rooms and apartments are available to all guests / newly arrived staff of Heidelberg's Max Planck Institutes.

Breakfast

Self-catering. Café Frisch is located very close to the guest house.

Payment

Cash prior to departure to Mr. Schulz, or cashier's office (Jahnstr. 29, bldg to right, Mon-Fri: 9-12; Thu: 10-13),or via bank transfer. No credit card payment possible.

Cleaning

Daily; change of bed linen and towels weekly. Kitchen: weekly; everybody is responsible for his own washing up.

Parking

Private cars can be parked in the car-park on one of 5 parking spaces. For this purpose you need a parking card which you can get at MPI für medizinische Forschung. You will have to pay a deposit of 20 €.
